The Chapter does not collect any information through this site without the knowledge and consent of the member or visitor. Any personal information collected through the site is provided on a voluntary basis by Website visitors through a visible means of data entry or data collection.

Information about members collected through our forms will be stored in the Chapter's member list file. The Chapter may use email or postal addresses for notifying members about upcoming events, new additions to the Website, or other products or services offered by the Chapter.

The Chapter does not provide any email addresses, postal addresses, phone numbers, or other personally identifiable information that it collects on this site, to any other individual or organization for any purpose, including commercial. We use the information we collect to improve the content of our site, to enhance existing sevices and member benefits, and to plan for new products, services, and member benefits.

The "members only" area of the site requires a user id and a password to gain entry to certain information - the Chapter Newsletter, current job posting, and the membership directory.
