Event Registration

Barb Garver is the Senior Organizational Development Architect for Triune Group which works with the U.S. Air Force located at Wright Patterson Air Force Base. She is a leader in helping organizational leaders leverage the power of social networks with global knowledge management systems and practices. People can collaborate from around the world in social networks for learning and development along with many related concerns. As an example, Barb uses her expertise in Organizational Development, Knowledge Management and Change Management to support the Air Force Knowledge Now Program (AFKN). AFKN is comprised of technology and a methodology built on the concept of Communities of Practice architecture.

Prior to joining Triune, Barb spent 7 years in manufacturing and distribution and 15 years at NASA-Cleveland leading and implementing large scale quality and change management initiatives. She completed her undergraduate studies in Business Management from Baldwin-Wallace College and a graduate degree in Organizational Management from Bluffton University.
